First manually several times, and then check the empty bottom plate and full load parts of the furnace action is accurate. Check whether the quenching oil circulation system is normal. Use compressed air instead of endothermic controllable atmosphere, and input it into the furnace according to the process flow to see if the furnace pressure is normal (check the sealing performance of the furnace).
